Can I preview my design before ordering?
Unfortunately, there is currently no way to preview the order. However, you can see samples of the design on the website. The logo will always look the same, and the customization follows under the logo, written in gold, the same as the heart.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum is required.
How long does production take?
Custom apparel can take 10-14 days.
How long does shipping take?
Approximately 3 days.
Do you offer rush or express shipping?
Yes, for an additional charge.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we do.
Can I return or exchange a custom shirt?
No, once the shirt has been ordered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Locked in 2 Recovery will replace it at no additional charge.
Do your shirts run true to size?
Yes- the shirts are true to size, if between sizes we recommend sizing up.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
You may cancel or change your order within 72 hours of placing it.
Are your shirts high quality and durable?
We use Champion brand hoodies because of their quality and durability.
How should I wash and care for my shirt?
You should wash the garment inside-out and place on a cool setting in the dryer.
